In 1979, Roger embarked on his journey in the industry, laying the foundation for a career defined by excellence and innovation. A testament to his entrepreneurial spirit, Roger co-founded Fourscore Resource Capital, LLC in 1996, which quickly emerged as one of the nation’s leading debt purchasers.
Under his visionary leadership, Fourscore Resource Capital achieved remarkable success, becoming a prominent player in the industry.

From 1996 to 2005, Roger spearheaded the acquisition and management of over $12 Billion in consumer receivables, solidifying his reputation as a trusted expert in the field.

From 1980 to 1998, Roger actively participated in the American Collectors Association, demonstrating his commitment to the industry’s growth and development. His dedication extended to serving on the Board of Directors for both the Wisconsin and Minnesota Collectors Association, where he played a vital role in shaping the industry’s best practices.
As one of the charter members of the Debt Buyers’ Association (now known as Receivables Management Association International), Roger’s visionary leadership helped establish a unified platform for debt buyers. He subsequently served as the DBA’s Executive Director, driving impactful initiatives, and fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders.

Holly Mostoller is a dedicated professional who has worked alongside Jae Heinberg since 1999. Throughout her tenure, she has taken on various roles within Mr. Heinberg’s companies.

Holly previously served as a Project Director, where she successfully led teams in obtaining regulatory project approvals, preparing budgets, creating schedules, managing associations, overseeing design and construction, ensuring quality assurance, and driving sales and marketing efforts.

In 2018, Holly made a seamless transition to the Axiom Acquisition Ventures, LLC team, leveraging her skill set to excel in the debt-buying sector. Collaborating closely with the Senior Managing Directors, she plays a crucial role in facilitating new lending opportunities and partnerships while actively contributing to the development of the company’s vision.

Jennifer Sesta is a highly accomplished legal professional with an extensive background spanning 20+ years in various areas of law, including creditor rights, collection, real property, and contract law.

Before joining our team, Jennifer served as staff counsel for Midland Credit Management, where she honed her skills in navigating complex legal matters. She then spent over a decade at a prominent creditor rights firm where she became a partner.

As our General Counsel, Jennifer plays a pivotal role in overseeing our company’s external legal network. She ensures that our operations adhere to all legal requirements and developed and implemented a robust statutory monitoring system in the states where we conduct business. Jennifer’s diligent oversight guarantees compliance with legal obligations, protecting the interests of the company and our clients.

In addition, Jennifer excels in managing and streamlining our contract agreements. With a keen eye for detail, she consistently updates our contract templates to reflect the latest legal best practices and aligns them with our company’s standard operating procedures.

With a strong background in SEC reporting and SOX compliance, Kendall is well-equipped to steer Axiom’s financial strategies and operations.

Prior to joining The Axiom Group, Kendall held prominent positions in leading companies within the construction and homebuilding industry. Serving as the Vice President of Finance for Lennar Homes and Ashton Woods Homes, he honed his skills and deepened his understanding of the financial landscape within the industry. With nearly a decade of experience in the construction/homebuilding sector, Kendall’s unique perspective fuels his strategic decision-making and financial stewardship.

Kendall’s early career was marked by invaluable experiences in operational auditing within the retail industry and management positions in public companies. These foundational roles provided him with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and corporate governance.

Ryan Wall is the Chief Compliance Officer at Axiom Acquisition Ventures, LLC. Ryan leads the Axiom Group’s Internal Audit Committee while overseeing all internal policies and procedures and ensuring a companywide commitment to our compliance culture.
